2026 Scholarship Applications
All Transcripts, Applications, and Essays are due by: June 10, 2026
Scholarships will be awarded up to $1500. The available scholarships may be used for tuition, books, room and board, and/or other related expenses.
Eligible Applicants:
The scholarships are available to college students whose parents, legal guardians, or who themselves are a member in good standing of the Downstate Illinois Laborers’ District Council. Applicants must be enrolled full time in a University, College, or Vocational School and provide proof of enrollment. High School graduating applicants must provide transcripts for the past 4 years. College students must maintain at least a 2.6 cumulative or a 2.6 previous semester grade point average and provide transcripts.
